Dem Governor Vows Harsh Revenge on ICE Agents If Democrats Retake Control

Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker has officially gone off the deep end. In an unhinged rant on FOX 32 Chicago this week, the billionaire Democrat basically threatened to prosecute federal law enforcement officers for doing their jobs. That’s right, Pritzker is now floating the idea of going after ICE agents, not for breaking the law, but for enforcing immigration law during President Trump’s efforts to clean up the mess in sanctuary cities like Chicago.

“The tables will turn one day,” Pritzker warned, with all the subtlety of a banana republic dictator. He didn’t stop there. He admitted that even though ICE agents may not face legal action “today,” he’s already talking with the Illinois Attorney General and other Democrat prosecutors to figure out how to charge them later. The cherry on top? He openly acknowledged that the statute of limitations gives him time to come back with political revenge once there’s another Democrat in the White House.

Imagine the governor of a state threatening federal law enforcement for arresting illegal immigrants. That’s the backward reality we’re living in. Pritzker’s not interested in securing the border or protecting citizens. He’s trying to make life harder for those who are actually enforcing the law while he panders to the open-borders left.

To no one’s surprise, Pritzker also accused President Trump of “causing mayhem” and claimed Trump is moving toward an “authoritarian regime.” Yes, this coming from the same guy who’s talking about weaponizing the state government to punish ICE officers for carrying out legal deportations. If anyone’s flirting with authoritarianism, it’s the guy threatening to jail federal agents for political reasons.

Over the weekend, Pritzker also took time to whine that his fellow Democrats weren’t loud enough in defending his anti-ICE crusade. He praised Cory Booker, Gavin Newsom, and Chris Murphy for having his back, but apparently the rest of the party isn’t extreme enough for his taste. Maybe even Democrats are starting to realize this guy’s agenda is a bridge too far.

And let’s not forget, Pritzker’s name keeps coming up as a potential 2028 presidential candidate. According to RealClearPolitics, he’s currently pulling in about five percent, which puts him behind names like Kamala Harris, Pete Buttigieg, Gavin Newsom, and even AOC. That’s the kind of company he keeps, far-left ideologues with zero interest in national security.

Threatening ICE agents with prosecution isn’t leadership. It’s lawlessness in a tailored suit. If this is the kind of “justice” Pritzker wants to bring to the national stage, voters better take note now before this guy gets anywhere near the White House.
