Ed Martin Says Whistleblower Has Proof Biden’s Autopen Was Used to Bypass Oversight

The “autopen scandal” swirling around Joe Biden’s last-minute pardons just got a whole lot messier — and now even the Department of Justice’s top pardon attorney is sounding the alarm.

Ed Martin, the DOJ’s official pardon gatekeeper, joined veteran journalist Mark Halperin this week on the “2WAY Tonight” podcast and dropped a few bombshells of his own. Martin confirmed what many suspected: the Justice Department is actively reviewing Biden’s final pardons, and for good reason — the evidence is mounting that Biden was mentally incapacitated when they were issued.

According to Martin, the whistleblower claimed three top Biden insiders were effectively running the pardon process — and allegedly cashing in on it. The names? Chief of Staff Ron Klain, Anita Dunn (Obama holdover and Mao Zedong fangirl), and Biden’s longtime legal fixer Bob Bauer. If true, this means a trio of unelected gatekeepers may have been selling access to presidential pardons while the president himself was in cognitive decline.

And it doesn’t end there. Former Biden adviser Steve Ricchetti and First Lady Jill Biden were also named as key “characters” in what increasingly looks like a scandal tailor-made for impeachment — if not prosecution.

Martin told Halperin, “I don’t know if I believe it yet, but the point is I think we have to get to the bottom of it for the American people and to protect the process. And that’s what we’re doing.”

He also revealed that he’s written formal letters to the Biden family and others, and that several individuals “lawyered up” in response. That’s never a good sign for people who claim there’s nothing to hide.
