Federal Workers Reinstated After Court Ruling Challenges Trump Administration’s USDA Firings

Deep State Strikes Again: Left-Wing Judges and Biden Holdovers Block Trump’s USDA Firings

Here we go again—another shameless move by corrupt judges and deep-state operatives to stop President Trump from doing what the American people elected him to do: clean house in Washington.

Nearly 6,000 probationary employees at the Department of Agriculture—yes, the same ones Trump rightfully fired—have now been reinstated thanks to Biden loyalist Hampton Dellinger and a pair of Obama-appointed judges who seem to think they outrank the President.

Trump Fired Them for a Reason

These weren’t career federal workers with decades of service. They were probationary employees, still in their trial phase, and Trump’s team determined they didn’t make the cut. In the real world, if you’re not doing the job, you’re out—but in the swampy world of federal bureaucracy, holding people accountable is somehow controversial.

Enter Hampton Dellinger—And the Judicial Roadblocks Begin

Dellinger, a Biden holdover, should’ve been gone weeks ago. Trump fired him, but Obama-appointed Judge Amy Berman Jackson—a notorious activist judge—overruled the President and tried to keep him in place.

Thankfully, the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals reversed her ruling, and Dellinger is finally out. But not before he teamed up with another Biden crony, Cathy Harris, to sabotage Trump’s firings at the USDA.

And guess what? Harris was also fired by Trump, only to be reinstated by yet another Obama judge—Judge Rudolph Contreras—who handed her a permanent injunction to stay in power.

See the Pattern?

Every time Trump moves to drain the swamp, some left-wing judge waves their magic gavel and declares, “Sorry, you’re stuck with these people.” It’s the same playbook over and over: block Trump, protect the deep state, and keep unaccountable bureaucrats in place.

A 45-Day Delay—And a Stacked “Investigation”

Now, thanks to this tag-team operation, 6,000 fired USDA employees are back on the job for at least 45 days while an “investigation” plays out.

The Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB)—supposed to handle federal employee complaints—is being weaponized to protect Biden’s people. And the Office of Special Counsel, which prosecutes cases before the MSPB, is deep in on the scheme.

Harris and Dellinger coordinated the entire effort, all while pretending it’s about “due process” and “fairness.”

The Real Agenda: Stop Trump at Any Cost

This isn’t about justice. It’s about lawfare—the left’s go-to tactic to undermine President Trump and block his efforts to clean up Washington.

They’ll throw up every legal roadblock they can, but they won’t stop him. If anything, this proves exactly why Trump needs a second term—to finish the job, fire these deep-state operatives once and for all, and make sure they don’t come back.
