Supreme Court Delivers ANOTHER Major Victory for Trump and America!

Well, score another one for common sense and the rule of law because the U.S. Supreme Court just handed President Trump another major victory on immigration. And let me tell you, this one is going to have the open-borders crowd foaming at the mouth.

In a 7-2 ruling, the Supreme Court cleared the way for the Trump Administration to accelerate mass deportations, including sending illegal aliens to so-called “third countries.” That means these individuals can be deported not just to their home country but to other nations willing to take them, cutting through the endless legal delays that have clogged up our immigration system for decades.

And get this, even Justice Elena Kagan, one of the court’s usual liberal voices, joined the majority. That ought to tell you how strong the legal argument from the Trump Administration was here. The only holdouts were Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Ketanji Brown Jackson, who apparently think U.S. immigration law should be written by activist judges rather than enforced by elected leaders.

At the center of this case were eight illegal aliens with serious criminal records, who were detained on a U.S. facility in Djibouti after Judge Brian Murphy tried to block their deportation. Judge Murphy, clearly more interested in protecting criminals than American citizens, insisted that his injunction was still valid even after the Supreme Court stayed his order back in June. Well, the high court just smacked that down, making it clear his rulings were unenforceable.

Justice Kagan, who dissented on the broader ruling last month, even admitted that the district court had no power to keep obstructing deportations after the Supreme Court weighed in. Imagine that, a liberal justice recognizing basic judicial boundaries.

The left-wing legal groups, like the National Immigration Litigation Alliance, are crying foul, saying these deportations violate “due process” and the illegal aliens supposedly have fears of persecution. Let me break it to them gently: fear of deportation is not a ticket to stay in the United States, especially if you’ve got a rap sheet.

This ruling also builds off last week’s major victory, where the Supreme Court gutted the power of district judges to slap nationwide injunctions on the Trump Administration’s policies. Nationwide injunctions have been one of the left’s favorite tools to block border security, and now, those days are numbered.

President Trump promised to bring law and order to our immigration system, and thanks to this Supreme Court, he’s doing exactly that.
