Trump Vindicated After HUGE Election Case Win

The Georgia RICO circus that Fani Willis launched against President Trump has finally crashed into the wall everyone saw coming. The new prosecutor brought in to replace her, Pete Skandalakis, took one look at the mess she created and decided he was not about to carry the torch for a case built on political fumes and personal scandal. So he dropped it. The entire thing is over, at least in Georgia, and honestly it should have ended a long time ago.

This saga started back in August 2023, when Willis indicted President Trump and 18 others for daring to question the 2020 election. She slapped them with RICO charges as if she were trying to take down a mafia family. What made it worse was what came out later. Her top prosecutor, Nathan Wade, was paid more than six hundred thousand dollars while he was wining and dining her, paying for vacations and enjoying a relationship that had no place inside a prosecution of a former president. The whole arrangement was so compromised that even the Georgia Appeals Court had no choice but to step in. They ruled that Willis and her entire office had no authority to continue.

Fast forward to last month, when Judge Scott McAfee told prosecutors they had fourteen days to assign someone new or the case would be tossed without prejudice. Hours before the deadline, Skandalakis stepped in as District Attorney pro tempore. And now, after reviewing the evidence, he has decided the state of Georgia is not the right venue. According to him, anything they were trying to charge was conceived in Washington, not Atlanta. He pointed out that if Jack Smith, with unlimited federal resources and a deep desire to nail Trump, backed away after the Supreme Court ruling and the reality of years of litigation, then Georgia had even less business pushing forward.

His twenty two page memo basically said the prosecution would be unproductive. Translation, the case is dead because it never should have existed.

President Trump responded the way only he can, celebrating the decision and pointing straight at the corruption that fueled the entire operation. He laid out the obvious. The case was political revenge dressed up as legal justice, powered by an unethical district attorney and her inexperienced boyfriend who was handed a RICO case he had no qualifications to handle. Taxpayer money was blown on their vacations while they claimed to be defending democracy.

This was never about justice. It was about getting Trump, and everyone knows it. Now the case has collapsed, and the rest of the partisan witch hunts are on borrowed time. The truth has a way of catching up, even when the political machine tries to outrun it. MAGA is not backing down, and this latest failure from the left only proves why.
