Activist Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly just gave another gift to the Democratic Party, and this one’s a real gem. She blocked President Trump’s common-sense requirement that voters provide proof of citizenship when registering to vote in federal elections. Yes, you read that right, a federal judge ruled that making sure only American citizens vote in American elections somehow violates the Constitution. Welcome to clown world, brought to you by the modern judicial system and its army of unelected activists in black robes.
This ruling is nothing short of lawless. Kollar-Kotelly sided with far-left groups who sued the Trump administration for the crime of… wait for it… wanting to know that voters are actually Americans. This isn’t controversial. This isn’t radical. This is basic civic hygiene. But the Democratic machine is built on broken systems, zero accountability, and yes, fraudulent ballots. If they can’t cheat, they can’t win. So, naturally, they send their lawyers and their judges to stop any effort to clean up our elections.
The judge claimed that requiring proof of citizenship violates the so-called “separation of powers.” That’s the excuse. Apparently, protecting the sanctity of the vote is now unconstitutional. Makes you wonder what Constitution she’s reading. Because it sure isn’t the one the rest of us live under.
Let’s not forget who this judge is. She was appointed by Bill Clinton in 1997, so right there, we know exactly what kind of ideology she brings to the bench. She is the same judge who, earlier this year, sentenced Paulette Harlow, a 76-year-old pro-life activist, to prison for peacefully protesting outside an abortion clinic. Not only did she send her to rot behind bars despite serious health issues, but she reportedly mocked her in court. That’s the level of compassion and integrity we’re dealing with.
Now she’s using her bench to kneecap President Trump’s efforts to bring transparency and trust back into federal elections. The message from the left is loud and clear: they want open borders, and they want open ballots. Illegal immigration isn’t a crisis to them; it’s a voter registration drive.
When are Republicans going to start taking this seriously? When will Congress stop funding these weaponized courts and actually stand up to the judicial overreach that’s undermining our elections and destroying our country from the inside?
This judge isn’t just out of control. She is part of a larger system that is actively trying to strip Americans of their right to free and fair elections, and it’s time for real pushback. Enough is enough.
