A stunning undercover investigation has blown the lid off just how badly America’s asylum system is being abused, and this time the evidence is not theoretical. Exclusive footage obtained by Townhall shows what appears to be a full scale fraud operation centered in Lockland, Ohio, involving migrants from Mauritania, fake paperwork, cash labor, and jaw dropping claims of bribed judges.
The 26 minute video paints a picture that should make every American furious. According to the footage, migrants are allegedly being coached on how to lie their way through the asylum process, fabricate persecution stories, and navigate a system so weak that favorable outcomes can supposedly be purchased. If even half of what is shown turns out to be true, this is not a loophole problem, it is a collapse of enforcement.
At the center of the operation is Patricia Golder, who appears on camera openly describing how she profits from migrant labor. Golder says she takes a cut of workers’ pay in exchange for securing documents, arranging jobs, and handling immigration paperwork. She casually admits that many of the migrants are not legal and are paid in cash, saying plainly that everything has to be done “under the radar.”
The video shows Golder explaining how employment authorizations are created by labeling workers as volunteers who are secretly paid. She also claims that all Social Security cards and IDs are sent directly to her, which she then distributes on payday. If true, that is identity control, not assistance.
Even more disturbing are Golder’s claims about the border journey. She describes migrants crossing through multiple countries, paying smugglers thousands of dollars, and entering the United States illegally through Mexico. One Mauritanian national interviewed on camera said he worked at Walmart for months earning $18 an hour, despite his questionable legal status.

But the most explosive allegations involve the courts. Golder claims she can bribe Ohio judges to secure favorable asylum rulings, boasting about approaching judges at bars and offering $50,000 deals. She says migrants are forced to pool money for these payments and that transactions are hidden using prepaid cards and payment apps. She even alleges lawyers act as intermediaries, asking judges how much it will cost to keep migrants in the country longer.

To be clear, these are allegations, but they are allegations made on camera, in detail, and without hesitation. Golder also claims to skim wages, hospital pay, and even veterans’ benefits, taking a third of whatever migrants receive.
This footage exposes something politicians refuse to admit. A broken immigration system does not just invite chaos, it invites crime, corruption, and exploitation. Migrants are used as commodities, taxpayers are defrauded, and the rule of law is mocked.
If federal authorities do not immediately investigate this operation, including the claims involving judges and lawyers, it will confirm the worst suspicions Americans already have. The system is not just overwhelmed, it is being openly gamed, and the people paying the price are law abiding citizens who are told this is all compassionate.
