President Trump Just Took Out the Top Saboteur Trying to Undermine Him

Dan Scavino just got one of the most powerful jobs in Washington, and it couldn’t have come at a better time. President Trump has officially appointed Scavino to lead the Office of Presidential Personnel, the gatekeeper for every major hiring and firing decision across the federal government. That means if you’re getting a job in the Trump administration, it’s going through Dan.

But this wasn’t just a random shake-up. Scavino is replacing Sergio Gor, who has now been shipped off to serve as the U.S. Ambassador to India. If that sounds like a “promotion,” let’s just say the timing suggests otherwise.

Gor had quietly built up an enormous amount of influence inside Trump’s White House, particularly when it came to staffing. But according to insiders, he used that power not to advance the America First agenda, but to push out allies and sabotage key relationships, including with Elon Musk.

The tipping point came when Gor reportedly tanked the nomination of Jared Isaacman, Musk’s pick to run NASA, by dropping a dossier of Isaacman’s Democrat donations on Trump’s desk. Musk walked away from the administration shortly afterward and labeled Gor “a snake.” Classy move.

The drama didn’t go unnoticed. Trump has since reconnected with Isaacman and is said to be reconsidering his nomination. Meanwhile, Gor was quietly moved out of the West Wing and handed a one-way ticket to New Delhi.

If Trump wanted to make sure no more sabotage happens on his watch, appointing Dan Scavino was the obvious call. Scavino has been loyal since day one. He met Trump as a teenage golf caddie, rose through the ranks, helped run Trump’s digital strategy during both campaigns, and stuck around through thick and thin.

Trump announced the move on Truth Social, calling Scavino’s new role “a very big and important position” and saying he’ll do a “fantastic job.” And there’s no doubt he will.

Bottom line: the palace games are over. Trump is not just gearing up for 2025. He is making sure the right people are in place to get the job done. Gor is out, Scavino is in, and the White House is looking a lot more America First than it did a week ago.
