Bernie Sanders Doubles Down on Private Jet Luxury While Preaching Climate Doom—Too Important to Wait in Line

You’ve got to love the hypocrisy when it practically flies itself to the next stop on the tour.

Senator Bernie Sanders, the self-proclaimed enemy of billionaires and champion of “the little guy,” is unapologetically burning through hundreds of thousands of dollars on private jet travel—while lecturing Americans about “fighting the oligarchy.” You can’t make this stuff up.

During an interview with Fox News’ Bret Baier, Sanders didn’t even pretend to show a shred of humility. When asked how he justifies spending over $221,000 on private jets for his recent anti-Trump “Fight Oligarchy” tour, Bernie doubled down. “You think I’m going to be sitting on a waiting line at United while 30,000 people are waiting?” he snapped. “That’s the only way you can get around. No apologies for that.”

Ah, yes. The voice of the proletariat can’t be bothered with TSA lines or flight delays like the rest of us peasants. When you’re railing against capitalism and the evil rich, it turns out you still want to cruise above the clouds in a Gulfstream.

Keep in mind, this tour wasn’t some emergency policy mission—it was a thinly disguised campaign to keep the anti-Trump money rolling in. His campaign website claimed the tour was about “working out how to push back against the Trump presidency,” while quietly asking for donations to fund travel, organizing, and “content creation.” That “modest amount of resources” apparently includes luxury flights at the taxpayers’ or donors’ expense.

And just to complete the farce, attendees at Bernie’s events were instructed to mask up, because nothing says “solidarity” like standing outside in a face diaper while the guy on stage just stepped off a private jet. Some of these rallies even advised sick people to stay home, following the same COVID-era safety theater that Bernie himself once touted—while again ignoring it behind closed doors.

The real kicker? Sanders tried to deflect by asking when the last time Trump waited in line at the airport was. Bret Baier reminded him: “But he’s also not fighting the oligarchy.” Boom.

The truth is, Bernie Sanders is the very caricature he claims to oppose. He rails against elites while living like one, and his jet-setting lifestyle is just the latest proof that the socialist schtick is little more than a traveling performance—first class, of course.

No apologies? No problem. The American people see the grift.
