You’ve really got to hand it to the Biden-appointed judges, they never miss an opportunity to remind us how little they care about the law when it gets in the way of their open-borders fantasy. The latest example? US District Judge Brian Murphy throwing a judicial tantrum and flat-out defying the Supreme Court because he’s determined to keep dangerous criminal illegals from South Sudan parked indefinitely in Djibouti.
Here’s the rundown. On Monday, the US Supreme Court handed President Trump a major victory, allowing his administration to resume deporting illegal aliens to so-called “third-party” countries. This is a critical tool for dealing with dangerous foreign nationals when their home countries are unstable or refuse to cooperate. The vote wasn’t even close — 6-3 — with the usual liberal trio of Sotomayor, Kagan, and Jackson clutching their pearls in dissent.
Justice Sotomayor, always ready to put activist politics above national security, whined in her dissent, accusing the Court of “gross abuse” of its discretion. Apparently, enforcing immigration law is now considered abusive behavior in liberal circles. Who knew?
But the real show started after the ruling. Judge Brian Murphy, clearly thinking he’s running his own government, issued a defiant statement saying his May 21 order blocking deportations of eight criminal illegals from South Sudan “remains in full force and effect.” In plain English? He’s ignoring the Supreme Court because his personal politics say those illegals should stay put.
Trump’s DOJ, led by Solicitor General John Sauer, wasn’t having any of it. Sauer fired off a scathing response to the Supreme Court, calling Murphy’s behavior a “lawless act of defiance.” And he’s right. This is more than judicial activism — it’s outright insubordination against the highest court in the land.
Sauer laid it out plainly. The Biden judge’s stunt is “disrupting sensitive diplomatic relations” and forcing the US military to house dangerous criminal aliens at a base in Djibouti, smack on the edge of a regional conflict zone. Not exactly a safe or lawful scenario, but when has that ever stopped the left?

This situation highlights the dangerous games Biden’s judicial picks are playing. They’re weaponizing the courts to undermine Trump’s efforts to secure the border, deport criminals, and protect American sovereignty. It’s not just reckless, it’s unconstitutional. The Supreme Court’s authority isn’t optional, no matter how much the radical left wishes it were.
The “Supreme” Court is jest that, It was created by the constitution. The inferior courts are created by Congress . The authority of an inferior court does not supersede that of the superior Court. Any ruling made by an inferior court justice that contradicts a ruling by the Supreme Court is invalid.
I wish these Democrats would just vanish. They are always on the wrong side of everything.
