Hillary Clinton Finally Gives Her Two Cents on Deported MS-13 Gang Member

Just when you thought the Democrat establishment couldn’t sink any lower, failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is now openly defending a verified MS-13 gang member—yes, really.

In a bizarre and tone-deaf post on social media platform X, Clinton called on “Americans of conscience” to oppose the deportation of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a Salvadoran national and illegal alien deported in March to his home country’s Terrorism Confinement Center (CECOT).

“Before the election, I warned that there is no safe haven under authoritarianism,” Clinton wrote. “If they can ship Kilmar Abrego Garcia to a foreign prison—accused of no crime, with no trial—they can do it to anyone.”

That’s right—Hillary Clinton just equated the deportation of a gang-affiliated illegal alien with authoritarianism. And she’s now pushing the idea that a man tied to a foreign terrorist organization is some kind of victim of injustice.

Let’s unpack the facts Clinton conveniently left out:

• Abrego Garcia lived illegally in Maryland for 15 years.
• In 2019, he was caught loitering at a Home Depot with two known MS-13 members. Police identified him as a “Chequeo,” a mid-level gang member operating under the alias “Chele.”
• He was wearing gang-affiliated clothing at the time of his arrest.
• Immigration and appellate judges ruled he was, in fact, a member of MS-13.
• His wife, Jennifer Vasquez Sura, was granted a protective order in 2021 after accusing him of domestic abuse—including beating, scratching, and punching her.

But somehow, Clinton wants Americans to believe that this is just a harmless family man wrongfully persecuted by the Trump administration.

Attorney General Pam Bondi had a very different take: “He is an illegal alien… ICE testified, and an immigration judge ruled, he was a member of MS-13. An appellate judge ruled he was a member of MS-13. Hard stop.”

MS-13 was officially designated as a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO) earlier this year by Secretary of State Marco Rubio, making Abrego Garcia’s removal not just lawful, but necessary under U.S. national security policy.

Bondi concluded: “He’s from El Salvador. He’s in El Salvador. And that’s where the president plans on keeping him.”

Hillary Clinton’s defense of a known gang member isn’t compassion—it’s ideological madness. If the left is truly standing with MS-13, voters have a clear choice in 2026 and beyond.
