Joe Biden has finally responded to President Trump’s investigation into who was actually running the show during his administration — and, unsurprisingly, his answer does nothing but insult the intelligence of every American who’s been paying attention for the last four years.
Trump’s investigation, led by White House Counsel David Warrington and Attorney General Pam Bondi, aims to uncover whether Biden’s top aides knowingly used an autopen to mask Biden’s cognitive decline while pushing sweeping executive actions in his name. If true, this would mean unelected staffers hijacked presidential authority, violating the Constitution in broad daylight.
Trump laid it out bluntly: “This conspiracy marks one of the most dangerous and concerning scandals in American history.” He’s not wrong. When presidential power is handed off to advisors behind closed doors, using a machine to scribble Joe Biden’s name across everything from pardons to executive orders, we’re no longer talking about politics — we’re talking about a shadow presidency.
So what was Biden’s brilliant defense? On Wednesday, his office released a statement claiming, “I made the decisions about the pardons, executive orders, legislation, and proclamations. Any suggestion that I didn’t is ridiculous and false.” That would be a lot more believable if Americans hadn’t watched him forget names, wander off stage, and mumble through pressers for the past four years.
And while Biden tried to frame this investigation as a “distraction” from Trump’s legislative agenda — the usual deflection tactic — the evidence says otherwise.
An email surfaced from Ed Martin, the Justice Department’s pardon attorney, who revealed he was ordered to investigate clemency decisions issued in Biden’s name — including ones for his own family and death row inmates — without clear evidence Biden was even aware of them.
According to Martin, a senior Democrat whistleblower identified the gatekeepers who controlled access to Biden and allegedly profited from using the autopen to push their own agenda: former Chief of Staff Ron Klain, left-wing operative Anita Dunn, and Biden lawyer Bob Bauer. Oh, and Jill Biden and Steve Ricchetti were reportedly calling the shots too.
Let that sink in: unelected advisors potentially hijacked the Oval Office while the media covered for it and Biden shuffled through appearances like a figurehead. If proven, this isn’t just political malpractice — it’s constitutional treason. And no, Joe, this isn’t a “distraction.” It’s the scandal of the decade.
Heads must roll. Whoever used the Auto Pen illegally should be in prison. Including Jill Biden, Hunter Biden and Biden’s aids. The pardons for Fauci, Hunter, and whoever should be null and void.
