Rep. Tim Burchett went on Benny Johnson’s show and tossed a political grenade straight into the middle of Washington. And judging by how fast President Trump picked it up and blasted it across Truth Social, this one is not going away. Burchett laid out something that sounds like the sort of corruption people used to whisper about, not say out loud. According to him, the Biden administration was signing off on thousands of pardons in exchange for cash. Not favors, not political alliances, but straight up cash. If true, this makes the Clinton pardon circus look like amateur hour.
Burchett said there were eight thousand pardons issued at the tail end of Biden’s presidency. Eight thousand. Then he added the obvious point. Joe Biden could barely remember where the dadgum bathroom was, so the idea that he carefully reviewed thousands of pardon applications is beyond laughable. Burchett called it shady, which is putting it lightly. If you are signing pardons like raffle tickets, somebody is getting rich and it is not the American people.
Then he moved to foreign aid, where the money train gets even uglier. He said nearly one hundred percent of the five billion dollars sent to NGOs in recent years found its way right back into the pockets of D.C. politicians through a tangle of contracts, kickbacks and friendly consulting gigs. In his words, there are a thousand NGOs and everybody knows that money is coming right back to Washington. This is the stuff voters have suspected for decades, but hearing it from a sitting congressman hits differently.

Trump reposted the segment and thanked Burchett for spelling it out. His reaction made it clear he sees these allegations as proof of what he has been saying since day one, that the swamp protects itself while sticking taxpayers with the bill. Burchett responded on Truth Social and doubled down. His tone made it obvious he is not backing off just because the implications are enormous.
People are calling the whole thing insane. Honestly, it is. Even those of us who assume the worst about Washington are still shocked when someone pulls back the curtain and shows exactly how much money is being siphoned off in the shadows. Earlier this year USAID got dismantled after being exposed. That should be the model going forward. Clean out the agencies. Put people under oath. Follow the money all the way back to whoever got paid for those pardons.
And yes, if these allegations hold up, Biden’s pardons should be voided and every person involved should face consequences. This is the moment to take action, not look the other way while corrupt operators cash out on their way out the door.
All of these cash grabbers need to be in jail or in front of a firing squad. This shit is really starting to stink. The deep shit state needs to go we are not your bank anymore.
