WATCH: Nancy Pelosi Freaks Out Over Trump Video, “There He is Walking! The Worst President!”

Nancy Pelosi is out of her mind, and no, that is not breaking news. But the latest clip from her interview with Spectrum News is a master class in unhinged, cable ready chaos. While rambling about how much she loves “the children” and how “dangerous” President Trump supposedly is, the producers rolled a shot of him walking on the South Lawn. That is it, just walking. Pelosi immediately snapped, “He is the worst president for children!” then, “There he is walking! The worst!” She even waved at the screen and chirped “Hi!” before diving back into the rant. If you are looking for stability from the former Speaker, this was not it.

Set aside the theatrics for a second. This is the Democratic playbook in miniature. Invoke “the children,” treat Trump merely existing as a national emergency, then insist anyone who disagrees must hate kids. Meanwhile, it is Democrats who have pushed school closures, permanent COVID era learning loss, open border chaos that fuels trafficking and fentanyl, and inflation that crushes family budgets. But sure, the real danger is a man taking a walk on the South Lawn.

The overreaction fits a pattern. Pelosi looks rattled. Public pressure is rising, the shutdown narrative is not breaking her way, and she keeps getting asked the one question she hates. Why did she not call in the National Guard on January 6, and is she worried a real J6 committee will look at her decisions that day. When a LindellTV reporter pressed her on it, she whirled around, pointed, and barked “SHUT UP.” That is not the confidence of a leader who wants sunlight. That is the reflex of someone who knows the timeline is not her friend.

Back to the Spectrum moment. The fixation on President Trump’s mere presence is telling. If a split second clip of him walking sends Pelosi into Defcon 1, imagine what the polls are doing. Voters are tired of the melodrama. They want prices down, borders secure, and schools focused on reading, not DEI careerism. Screaming about “the children” while waving at a TV monitor will not change the fact that Democrat governance has made life harder for actual families.

Pelosi’s defenders will say she is passionate. Fine. Passion is not a substitute for judgment. It certainly is not a plan. And it is not a great look to be triggered by a B roll shot of President Trump that would barely move the needle on C-SPAN. If you are going to accuse someone of being the worst president for children, at least try to back it up with more than a nervous giggle and a frantic hand wave.

Maybe it is time for a graceful exit. Retire the talking points, enjoy the California sun, and let a new generation try to defend the indefensible. Because if this is the message discipline Democrats are bringing into 2025, you can expect a lot more clips of Pelosi yelling at screens and a lot more voters rolling their eyes.
